Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for choosing The CPG Dept., a division of The CPG Dept. Ventures. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we deliver digital products, coaching programs, event tickets, and services purchased through our website (the “Site”) or directly from our team.

By purchasing any product or service from The Video Dept., you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products & Online Coaching Programs

1.1 Delivery of Digital Products

1.1.1. Upon successful payment, access to digital products, downloads, or online materials will be delivered via email or through a secure member portal.

1.1.2. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours depending on system processing times.

1.2 Online Coaching Programs

1.2.1. Payment for coaching programs is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

1.2.2. Access to coaching materials, live calls, or modules will be granted as described at the time of purchase.

1.2.3. The Video Dept. is not responsible for access issues caused by the customer’s personal devices or internet connection.

2. In-Person Events, Tickets & Workshops

2.1 Ticket Fulfillment

2.1.1. Tickets for in-person events are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2.1.2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

2.1.3. Tickets may be transferable upon request, subject to approval by The CPG Dept.

2.2 Event Changes & Cancellations

2.2.1. The CPG Dept. reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, speaker lineup, or programming.

2.2.2. If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

2.2.3. If an event is cancelled entirely, a credit may be issued toward another program or event at our discretion.

2.3 Attendee Responsibilities

2.3.1. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, meals, and accommodations unless explicitly included in a VIP package.

2.3.2. The CPG Dept. is not liable for travel or personal expenses due to schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

3. Service-Based Deliverables (Video, Strategy, Creative Work)

3.1 Delivery Timelines

3.1.1. Delivery timelines for creative or consulting services will be outlined in your specific agreement or scope of work.

3.1.2. Delays caused by missing information, unresponsive communication, or client revisions are not the responsibility of The CPG Dept.

3.2 Revisions

3.2.1. Unless otherwise stated, services include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

3.2.2. Revisions do not include major scope changes unless mutually agreed upon.

4. Refunds, Credits & Non-Delivery

4.1 Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error

4.1.1. The CPG Dept. is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues outside our control.

4.1.2. If you did not receive your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4.2 Refunds

4.2.1. Due to the digital nature of our products and the value delivered instantly, all sales are final.

4.2.2. Refunds will only be considered in cases where a product was not delivered due to an error on our end.
